How to Make Money on Amazon

Almost everyone with access to the internet has bought at least one item on  Some people see the opportunity to make money and attempt to sell their own items on Amazon.  This could be lucrative, but wouldn’t it be better if you had zero overhead and zero shipping responsibilities? I think so.

The solution… sell other people’s items!!!

But how does one do this?  It’s really quite simple and can generate a continuous income even while you are vacationing in Cancun.  I have been using Amazon to make money for a few years now and I can tell you from experience that the income is real and worth the time and effort that you have to spend to get it going.

I built a niche website about camping and survival skills (  I personally love camping and the gear reviews I put on my website have helped people make decisions about what gear to have and what gear will suit their needs the best.  Here’s an example of what I do… I write up a review about a mosquito repeller and anyone who is interested clicks on the link that I provide. The link brings them to Amazon where they can purchase the mosquito repeller or they can shop around and buy something else.  Either way, I receive a commission on anything they might choose to buy.

How I built my website

Having a website is clearly the key to making money as an affiliate marketer, but where do you start especially if you know very little about building websites or getting ranked in Google?  I got almost all of my knowledge from an excellent training program/community called Wealthy Affiliate. The information and training I received was invaluable and equal to that of a major university.  Everything you need to know is at your fingertips.  If you have questions or get stuck along the way, there is an entire community of people willing to help. Check out my Wealthy Affiliate review here.
